Terms are cash. Credit can be arranged for established firms. All prices are F.O.B. our nursery. Prices are subject to change without notice. Tagging of all plants for future shipment is effected within 14 days and a 25% non-refundable deposit is left. Balances unpaid after 30 days from the date of invoice are subject to a late charge of 1.5% per month, or maximum allowed by law, if different, together with expenses incidental to collection, including reasonable attorney's fees. We warrant to the extent of the purchase price only that all nursery stock is sold true and described within recognized trade tolerances. we give no other warranty, expressed or implied and will in no way be liable for more than the invoice value at the time of purchase.
